Carignan 2022

Our Carignan is grown as high-density, 100% bush vines on rocky shale soils. The wine shows dark cherry and dried cranberry flavours, layered with savoury notes of cured meat and spice. The palate has a brightness to it with good fruit concentration.This is a wine that captures the ruggedness and mystery of the mountain. A grape variety that has proven superbly adaptive to our wind-swept and dry site, there is beauty in its wildness.
