Rosé 2025

This Rosé is a blend of Mourvèdre and Syrah. By harvesting earlier, we can show a different side of each grape variety. Whole bunch pressing, natural fermentation in stainless steel and the use of seasoned French oak barrels result in a layered and complex rosé. It mesmerises on entry with grapefruit, raspberry, yellow plum, and floral top notes followed by a pithy structure and long citrus-tinged finish.
