Rosé 2026

This Rosé is a blend of Mourvèdre and Grenache Noir. By harvesting earlier, we can show a different side of each grape variety. Whole-bunch pressing, natural fermentation in stainless steel and the use of seasoned French oak barrels result in a layered and complex rosé. Grapefruit, raspberry, yellow plum and floral top notes followed by a pithy structure and long citrus-tinged finish.
